6 If we claim that we experience a shared life with him and continue to stumble around in the dark, we're obviously lying through our teeth - we're not living what we claim. 7 But if we walk in the light, God himself being the light, we also experience a shared life with one another, as the sacrificed blood of Jesus, God's Son, purges all our sin. I John 1:6-7 (MSG)
1 John 2:10 It's the person who loves brother and sister who dwells in God's light and doesn't block the light from others.

Message
Can you compare the illumination when there is one bulb present in a room to when there are ten bulbs? It isn't enough that you are a light pointing unbelievers to Christ but you need to help fellow believers shine their light brighter in that the illumination is better and the number of people drawn to the light increases as well. You cannot claim that you have the person of Christ on your inside and people around you cannot testify that of a truth you have met with him and people won't see that unless you walk in love. Walking in love equals walking in light and spreading the light for others to have illumination and eventually become light themselves.
Brethren let us be deliberate in our love for others as this becomes an illumination that brings others to Christ.

Prayer: I refuse to be a stumbling block for others but rather a light that points them to God.
