Topic; what do you let them see?
Text; Daniel 4:4-9 I Nebuchadnezzar was at rest in mine house, and flourishing in my palace:
I saw a dream which made me afraid, and the thoughts upon my bed and the visions of my head troubled me.
Therefore made I a decree to bring in all the wise men of Babylon before me, that they might make known unto me the interpretation of the dream.
Then came in the magicians, the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers: and I told the dream before them; but they did not make known unto me the interpretation thereof.
But at the last Daniel came in before me, whose name was Belteshazzar, according to the name of my god, and in whom is the spirit of the holy gods: and before him I told the dream, saying,
O Belteshazzar, master of the magicians, because I know that the spirit of the holy gods is in thee, and no secret troubleth thee, tell me the visions of my dream that I have seen, and the interpretation thereof.

Emphasis on Vs 9b,’I know that the spirit of the holy Gods is in you and that no mystery is too great for you to solve. Being who Nebuchadnezzar was, he knew not the lord but he was vast rooted in the knowledge of what the gods can do and who they are. As blessed as he was (Vs4) within and without he was in ‘need’, this need had kept him restless and without peace. This reveals that irrespective of how endowed you are, ‘needs’ are inevitable and it come in subtle ways especially for those who seem to live rather in sufficient.
Daniel was one neighbor in Nebuchadnezzar’s Court and just like the other from the tribe of Judah. Daniel 1: 4-6. He was trained in language and literacy, he had no internet facility to do some upgrading of himself with God, he had no access to the Bible or to that which tells of his faith
However, Daniel choose fellowship with God from his day one in the court (chpt 1vs 6) and this enabled him to reflect the image of whom he chooses to be with. You too can be an ambassador, your immediate environment, government policies, economy status, etc. are no excuse
Nebuchadnezzar just knew he carried a different grace, though he couldn’t place who that god was, yet he knew he could give in no other name but the ‘holy god.’ What do you carry, what do you represent? Can we see the ‘holy gods’ in you? Think about it!

Action point: henceforth, I choose to fellowship with God...

Prayer point: I receive divine hunger to see God
