TOPIC : BEING WITH JESUS
TEXT: JOHN 15:4
Abide in me and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

MESSAGE
When Jesus was in the world, He have twelve close disciples but when we study the Bible further we notice that the disciples of Jesus are more than twelve. Examples are Joseph of Arimathea, the man that took the body of Jesus and Nicodemus that brought a mixture of mirth and aloes for the burial of Jesus as the way the Jews bury their dead, and many others. But this is the question, what makes the twelve disciples to be singled out of the other disciples of Jesus.
They were all called by Jesus, some are called when fishing, another by the road, they were all called yet the twelve disciples singled out. They are different from others because they are always with Jesus. They have such intimacy with Jesus, they gave in to Jesus TOTALLY. So by this close friendship they had with Jesus, Jesus has imputed Himself into them.
Many are called to salvation today, but they never find time to be with Jesus. How can you please the one that has called you without allowing Him to teach you? Be connected to Him even in your day to day activities. Know that you are always in His presence. In marriage, if the husband and the wife communicate often, and they love each other more, gradually they will love the same thing, they will develop one mind and have a peaceful home. So also in our spiritual life, if we develop our relationship with the father gradually we will become one with Him.

Prayer: Father release upon me the grace to build my relationship with you, till you impute yourself into me.
