TEXT: LUKE 9:62
“And God said unto them, No man, having put his hand on the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God”

MESSAGE
DANGERS OF GOING BACK: II Peter 3:10; Revelation 20: 12-15
A very terrible danger awaits those who fall back to sin. The dangers include;
sickness, sorrow, pain, defeat, oppression, bad luck, hardship, everlasting suffering in hell fire.
Remember Judas turned back from following Jesus and he suffered bitterly for it. The money he was interested in became his destruction. Don’t be like Judas or Lot’s wife. Make up your mind that no matter how difficult it may be, you will never go back to sin.

REWARDS FOR FOLLOWING JESUS TO THE END: Revelation 21:7 Ephesians 1:3
The blessings of abiding with Jesus till the end are many. Eternal with Jesus in heaven is certain. Here on earth, you will have peace, joy, promotion, success, good health and many more other beautiful things.

ACTION POINT: Whatever you may be passing through, “don’t go back to the devil” keep pressing on, a beautiful mansion and eternal life with Jesus awaits you.

PRAYER POINT: Help me oh Lord, not to go back to my sins because now I know the dangers of going back, help me father to be able to follow you till the end.
