GRACE CENTRE DAILY DEVOTIONAL
MONDAY 14TH DECEMBER, 2020
TOPIC: HIDING UNDER THE CANOPY
TEXT: PSALM 32:7
“Thou art my hiding place, thou shall preserve me from trouble, thou shall compass me about with songs of deliverance”
MESSAGE
In this day and age, trouble seems to loom everywhere. If it is not a failing economy. It is a failing business, a failing marriage, or failing health. Yet, in the midst of all these problems, God has promised to deliver us. If you want God to be the God of your trouble, then you must let Him be God in your heart. God honours those who honour him. If you are facing problems, don’t just start crying and begging Him to save you from them. Honour him by going to His word and doing what He says.
Our text tells us to seek God. As you seek Him, he will deliver you from the things that threatens you. Second, it instructs us to cry to the Lord, because he will save us from ALL our troubles. Then you must fear the Lord. How do you fear the Lord? Keep from speaking evil and deceit: depart from evil and do good, seek peace and pursue it. Remember, if you want God to be God of your trouble, let Him be God of your heart. When you do that, heaven will be involved in your deliverance and your victory will be guaranteed.
PRAYER POINT: O Lord, hide me in your pavilion and cover me in your canopy in Jesus name. be Lord over my life in Jesus name
