*Topic: Redeeming the time*

*Text: Ephesians 5:16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.*

*Message*
Passing on to another day is an amazing thing, sleeping and waking up is God's grace. Ephesians 5:16 says "Redeeming the time, because the days are evil."

Challenges, tribulations, Trouble s etc. are part of life but who do you call unto when challenges come your way? The days are evil and the only way to redeem it, is through prayer as it was written in Psalms 37:5 "Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass."

For us to escape from challenges, tribulations, Troubles etc. we have to commit each day, week, month and year unto the Lord through prayer. It is important we always plead the blood of Jesus Christ over each day.

Our creator, God Almighty after He created the heaven and earth in the book of Genesis, the earth was without form, and void, and the darkness was upon the face of the deep. God did something in verse 3 of Genesis 1, He said let there be light and there was light. If God can do this, we is creatures have to commit our day and situation unto the Lord Jesus.

Brethren, as the year draw closer to the end, God's presence is our surest place of Refuge and we need to really run into His presence for safety..

Action: Today is a new day and as the year draw to a close , let us all cultivate the habit of committing each new day, new week, new month and new year unto the Lord. The Lord will help us all.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, I plead your blood over today and the remaining days of the year. Amen
