Text: Matthew 25:14-30
Message
Everything that has a beginning will surely have an end. One thing that is certain is that the end will come .The end is the day of accountability. The parable of the talent in the book of Matthew 25:14-30 always remind me about the end which is the last day, the judgement day and the day of accountability.
Matthew 25:1 says "After a long time the Lord of those servants came and settled account with them (NKJV)
Brethren, are you prepared for that day? When will you start preparing? Today is the right time to starts filing our returns, today is the right time for you and I to start our assessment before our Lord will come for reckoning, just has He did in the parable of the talent. For you and I not to end up like that unprofitable servant, we ought to bear the last day, the day of reckoning, the day of judgement and the end in mind always so that we can work for the kingdom of God.
The end can not but come, what is your preparation towards it? Hope the things of the world has not taken away the fearful day, that is, the day of judgement from our heart. No one knows the hour as the book of Mat 24:36 says "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only." This is why we have to be prepared for our end always because no one knows the hour.

Prayer: At the end of my race on earth, oh Lord, count me worthy in thy kingdom . Amen
