Topic: Lust
Text: Matt. 5:28-29
28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
Message
Eph. 5:3 speaks more on lust, and other bad things that God is not in support of, as true believers, we need to flee from any sinful act and culture that can hinder our prayer from being answered.
Can we live in sin and still want grace to abide? No! So why dining with sin and still pretending to be a saint? Most believers find it difficult to run from lust and other sins that we shouldn’t be hearing among Christians.
Most will say “I sanctify myself with the blood of Jesus” and still long for unmarried sex, they will even involve themselves in self sex, all these need to come to an end. Rom. 6:12, " don’t give room for any lustful desire" conquer it with the blood of the lamb.
Love God and Obey His commandments, be in Spirit and never give room to the devil’s will.
Prayer point
I cast and bind any spirit of lust and flesh in my life. In Jesus name. Amen
