TEXT: "If you walk in my statues and observe my commandments and do them, then I will give you your rain in their season......." Lev.26:3-4a

Message
Obedience is not just a statement of agreement with something but an act of faith towards what one agrees with. The Apostles of old did not just give a firm statement that they would obey God, they carried it out.
Those who face small problems in life often receive small answers from the Lord, it is only when the challenge is great that an opportunity comes for God to do great things, prove Himself by exercising His great power and fulfilling all He has promised. It is at such a time that he shows to be the Almighty.
What God looks out for in us is obedience in such a way that we do not give up in that rough situation. Setback may rise, turning people away from receiving His word, yet like Moses, we must continue to receive God's message rather than focusing on our problems or the solution we expect from him, let’s focus on the faithful God Himself. As Christians, we must determine to obey God no matter what, even when our situation seems impossible.

ACTION POINT: Obedience counts most when success appears slim.

PRAYER POINT: Father, I receive Grace to keep your word and act on your word all the days of my life.
