Topic: The second coming of the Lord
Text: 2Peter 3:12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, and wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
13:Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
14:Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.

Message
After the resurrection of Christ and his appearance, he gave his disciples and all believers the great commission to make disciples of men. He also told them at his second coming and they need to prepare and be rapturable.

In our quest on earth, let us be mindful of the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and stay in his will always because just like a thief in the night he will appear suddenly and take those that are His with him.

If the Lord appears now in his glory will you be rapturable? Are you in a position where you will hear the word welldone good and faithful servant enter into your rest or would it be the other way round? We need to be conscious of our walk with God so as not to miss eternity.

Action point: Are your words and actions in line with the truth of the gospel?

Prayer: I will not miss eternity in the mighty name of Jesus. I live out the life of Christ and I remain rapturable.
