*TOPIC:* FAITHFUL IS THY LORD
*TEXT:* 1 JOHN 1:7-9 - But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

*MESSAGE*
There are these rampant questions, “If we are saved once, are we saved forever?”, “If we are born again and the blood of Jesus has cleansed us from our sins, then are we cleanse forever?” Well today’s devotion will explain further in another perspective. According to our text, if we are cleanse with the blood of Jesus from all our sins and if we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves.

Brethren, let’s not deceive ourselves anymore, let’s not be like Adam, who refuse to admit to his mistake. Instead hid himself and blame others. God is so faithful, when we go to Him with a sorrowful and regretful heart, He will forgive us. Let’s stop the habit of covering our sins with a sin by lying and deceiving ourselves. I also want us to know that, if we ever come out plain in the presence of God, He will forgive us and renew our strength.
