Topic: God Cares For You
Text: 1 Peter 5:7
”Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.”

MESSAGE
Carrying your worries, stress, daily struggles by yourself shows that you have not trusted God fully with your life. Jesus tells us not to worry about those needs God has promised to meet. Worry may damage your health; cause the object of your worry to consume your thoughts; disrupt your productivity; negativity affect the way you treat others; and reduce your ability to trust in God.

However, it takes humility to recognize that God cares and to admit your need of him, and to let others in God’s family to help you.

Sometimes, we think struggles are caused by our own sin and foolishness is not God’s concern. But when we turn in for repentance, he will bear the weight of those struggles.
Let God have your anxieties. Don’t submit to circumstances, but to the Lord who controls circumstances. Let him be the one who is concerned about your anxieties. He has volunteered for the job and you can trust Him to be do it well.

Prayer Point: The ability to cast all my cares upon you without worry, grant unto me in Jesus name.
