Text: 1corinthians 12: 4
1. Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5:And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. 6: And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. 7: But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 8: For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9: To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10: To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
11: But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

Message
In an organization we have people with different duties all with the common goal of making the organization make profit and move forward. Some with a position as little as a cleaner is equally as important as the manager because when the environment is not clean and inviting, anyone who approaches to do business will be discouraged even from the entrance. So everyone ensures that they do their quoter, as well as work together to drive the organization forward.

This is true with the body of Christ, no office is minor or major we all work with our unique gifts to move the gospel to the ends of the earth.

If you help, if you prophesy, if you have the gift of knowledge, no matter the gift do not think of yourself as superior to others but be focused on making the gospel heard in the ends of the earth. This is the mind of the father for us.

Action point: Quit trying to be someone else but we better at what God has placed in your hands!

Prayer: Lord help me to use my gift to the furtherance of the gospel. Amen
