TOPIC: The Lord shall settle me.
TEXT: 1Peter 5:10 But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while perfect, establish, strengthen and settle you.
MESSAGE:
Settlements is to obtain mercy from God, it means to recover back what the enemy has stolen from you.
Our, God is incomparable God! He has all power, ability, wisdoms and resources that you ever need to be divinely settled.
David also said in Psalm 140:12, i know that the Lord will maintain the cause of the afflicted, and the right of the poor.
The word "Maintain" also mean "TO SETTLE". No matter how long it takes heaven will settle the burning issues of your destiny in Jesus name! According to today’s bible text after you have suffered a while. that suffering is just for a while God is ever faithful and ready to settle you. Consider the lines below:
"Smile even when you’re trying not to cry and tears are blurring your vision!
Laugh even when you feel too sick or too worn out to laugh
Sing even when people stare at you and tell you your voice is a sham!
Trust even when your heart begs you not to
Run even when it feels like you can’t run anymore."
The pain of your experience is what makes you the person you are now. keep moving and never stop praying.
Action Point: God can and will restore all what you have lost, be ready to call God.
PRAYER POINT:
Lord, settle me in all ramifications, and do not allow my life to end up in shame in Jesus name.
