TOPIC: Do you desire to be an achiever ?
TEXT: Mattew 15: 28
Then Jesus answered and said to her, O woman, great is your faith! let it be to you as you desire; And her daughter was healed from that very hour.
MESSAGE
To succeed in life you must be determined. The cannanite woman had a rugged determination; she concluded that she will not take a "No" for an answer and her daughter must be healed.
To succeed in life is not easy but it becomes easy when you have Jesus Christ. "To be an achiever, you must first be a believer". The Canaanite woman took Jesus Christ as her savior and healer.
(Mark 10: 46-52) tells of the story of blind Bartimaeus. He was blind, he could not see also there were people who had sight around him. They could have led him to Christ for healing of his blind eyes and they did not help him. He was trying to help himself and they were silencing him. They more the people silenced blind Bartimaeus, he was still persistence and shouted then on that day Jesus attened to him. Are they not silencing you too? You must shout the more as Bartimaeus cried "Thou Son of David have mercy on me".
Bartimaeus achieved his aim; he got his sight. but the Bibles says "when he heard". Have you heard the gospel and still harden your heart?
Bartimaeus heard and believed and he had brisk healing. He got back his sight, he regained his vision. May be that is the only decision you need to make in life and be freed from this wicked world. Hebrew 11 without faith no salvation, without faith no achievement, without faith we can not please God.
Action Point: Call on Him today
PRAYER: Lord, I Cry out for mercy today, I am unstoppable, I possess all my possession in Jesus name.
