Topic: Walking in Triumph to have a successful ending.
Text: Luke 10: 20
KJV:Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
Message
Yesterday, God helped us to look at the meaning of walking in Triumph. I want us to take a point out of those meaning that was given, which is "having a successful ending" as the meaning of triumph. This means being a triumph is meaningless if the at the end the believer is not successful (reigning with Christ).
In today's bible verse, Christ said they should rejoice not because of the victory but because their names are written in the book of life, being triumph is what everyone desires but the end is more paramount. As you strive to have victories over all issues, you must strive to have a successful ending which is having a crown of glory in heaven, sitting with Christ, singing with the angels of God in heaven, rejoicing in heaven forever, and living with God in everlasting happiness. I pray God grant us the grace to have a successful ending after all, but we must as well work and strive towards achieving this successful ending even as we triumph all issues of life.
Action point: Live the life of a triumph and strive to have a successful ending.
Prayer point: Lord Jesus, please let me not miss a successful ending as I strive to Triumph in life. Amen
