GRACE CENTRE DAILY DEVOTIONAL
Date:11th January, 2021
Topic: God's Capacity
Text: Isaiah 35:1-3 The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.
It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the LORD, and the excellency of our God.
Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.
Message
The above reading portion reveals the capacity of God to be able to turn wilderness or anything representing darkness to something glorious. Reading through the scripture from Genesis, we will discover that when God began to create the heavens and Earth, the Bible recorded it that the earth was without form, the earth was without meaning, the earth was without light, reading further we could see that God worked things out and made them perfect.
Brethren, is there anything in you representing reproach, pain, disappointment in your life? God is speaking to you through this Devotional that He is capable of giving your life a meaning, He is capable of rewriting the story of your life for good, all you have to do is to believe and call upon Him.
Do you think God cannot handle your situation? Ask jabez he will tell, are you barren, ask Hannah she has a story to tell too.
Action point: Believe in God and pray to Him, He still hears
Prayer point: Lord give my life a tangible meaning
