TOPIC: Armor Of God
TEXT: Ephensian 6:12–18
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
MESSAGE
We all may be familiar with the passage in Ephesians 6 where Apostle Paul calls us to put on the armor of God. Perhaps you have read through this passage before, but there is so much to be learned when we take a closer look and study it in-depth.
How can we put on the armor of God in today’s world?
The armor of God represents the defense we must take in our spiritual lives. The Bible tells us that we are fighting a war against Satan, who seeks to destroy us. Therefore, we must take action and put on God’s armor.
As Christians, it is important for us to understand the severity of this battle. As it is often something we cannot physically see, it is easy to lose sight of the impact it can have. However, it can be very dangerous when we forget to equip ourselves with the armor of God and allow the enemy to take control in our lives, We all have a doctrine we follows in our Various Churches,yet all these are not the Armour God require from us.
God’s Armour Are…Our
1. Belt of Truth (vs14): John 14:6 The truth is the belt that hold A believer armour together we must know
2. Breastplate of Righteousness(vs14): We have no righteousness apart from the one christ gives us
3. Feet shod (vs 15) Preaching the gospel to ourselves daily,
4. Shield of Faith: Trusting in God, remember all his promises (phil 4:19,Deu 31:6)
5. Helmet of Salvation: Without the indwelling of holy spirit all other Armor is useless, Salvation empower us to fight the devil
6. Sword of the Spirit: The word of God both in written and the incarnate( fight the devil back with. Gods words) such as No for it is written
7. Prayer: In prayers we show our reliance upon God.
ACTION POINT
Resist the Devil and he will flee away from you

Rekindle me oh Lord, let me see more of you less of myself Today and forever. Amen
