TOPIC: What is your choice?
TEXT: Matthew 12:30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.
MESSAGE
The statement of Jesus Christ in the book of Matthew 12:30 which states that “He who is not with me is against me” established what was written in the book of Matthew 6:24 that “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” As a Christian once you are out of Christ you are against Christ.
Joshua in his book chapter 24:15 the last part says “ but as for me and my house, we will serve the lord”. He choosed to serve the lord, he chose to be for God and not against God. This is the right time for you and I to examine ourselves better if we are for God or against God in our actions and deeds.
You will spend your eternity with whosoever you choose to stand for. Is your will for God or against God? Ask yourself.
ACTION POINT: let us ensure to be for God in all our activities so that we can end up in His kingdom.
PRAYER: Lord Jesus, I have made up my mind to be for you and not against you in all my actions and behaviours, Lord help me. Amen
