Topic: God gives NO as an answer.

Text: Psalm 84 vs 2

I long, Yes, I faint with longing to enter the courts of the Lord. With my whole being, body and soul, I will shout joyfully to the living God.



Message

Majority of today’s believers want urgent answers to all their prayers, they are never willing to take NO as an answer because they want an instant enjoyment.

When we pray, and the Lord says NO, it is not a rejection to our prayers but a way of God test our faith in him. In Heb. 11, the bible says without faith, it is impossible to please God.

Also God’s NO is not a failure to our prayers but He has a better things in store for us, better things more than our requests, beautiful and glorious tomorrow.

Further more, God’s NO is telling us that we should wait for the right time, many are in agony now because they could not wait for God’s time. Ecc. 3 : 1-4 Says there’s time for everything, many wants to make emergency wealth and live happily but God want to clear away some hindrances to their enjoyment by saying No. Brethren, let’s learn to trust God even when we hear NO while we pray. Prayer point: Lord, help me to yield to your time and also trust in you always. Amen
