TOPIC: Whatsoever He say to you, do it.

TEXT:John 2:5

“His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.”

MESSAGE

In John 2:2, Jesus Christ and His disciples were invited to a wedding in Cana of Galilee, those that invited Him did not know how great He is but His mother do. This people ran out of wine and they were short of ideas but Mary, mother of our Lord Jesus Christ directed them to Jesus and she said to them “Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it”. Though they know Jesus but they did not know His strength and His power. Many Christians of today know Jesus but they don’t know His Strength and power, some know His strength and power but fail to believe in it. Some make their problem or challenges bigger than God and this make their problems and challenges to overcome them.

In Luke 5:4, Peter knew Jesus but he did not know His power and strength. This makes him not to believe, more so Peter is a professional fisherman, he thought he can’t get any fish again because he has tried all his best as a fisherman all night but was unable to catch any fish, this make him to complain in vs 5 that “Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing” but at the end of his complain he said “nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net”. Verse 6 says “And when they had this done, they in closed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.”

Are you still doubting the instruction of God over your life and your challenges? Brethren, you just have to obey His Instructions and commandments because that is the only way out to your challenges. Whatsoever He say to you, do it.

PRAYER: O Lord give me the grace and spirit to obey Your words, commandments, ordinances and instructions for my life.
