Topic: The king of the Jews
Text: Mark 15:23-26
23There they gave him some wine mixed with a drug to ease the pain, but he refused to drink it. 24 They nailed Jesus to a cross and gambled to see who would get his clothes. 25. It was about nine o'clock in the morning when they nailed him to the cross. 26 On it was a sign that told why he was nailed there. It read, “This is the King of the Jews.” Indeed to whom much is given, much is expected .Attain kingship for Jesus despite his potentials took disgrace, humility, sacrifice and selflessness to manifest, yet the king was ready to pay the price.

The message
We should note that not all kingships (promotion, academic cadre, political clergy or social status) come on the platter of Gold. You just must be ready to pay the price .The sacrifice of Jesus thought us the reality of things least no man be puffed up.
The true definition of a king is embedded in its ability to be an ambassador of that which is the reality. That serves as a bank of wealth for a successful administration.

Are you ready to pay the price? Jesus had to be deal with at all ramification {imagine! How can the son of God be so much humiliated} but believe me ,his sacrifice pays off the rose as he became the access to the father.
Pay the price today, the king in you wants.

Action point: Drop your ego, take the responsibility! You are the king we are waiting for.

Prayer point: Lord I know it doesn’t come that easy, please father! Help me to be ready . Amen.
