Topic: Brotherly love is God's Love
Text: 1John 4:20
If a man says, I love God, and hated his brother, he is a liar: for he that loves not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

Message:
Proverbs 8:17 says "I love them that love me, and those that seek me early shall find me" truly you claim you Love God, you attend church services, you pray always, you pay your tithe and offering but you hate your brother, that your love to God is not yet perfect. You can't hate the brother you can see and claim you love God, for it is stated in the text (1John 4:20) Jesus Christ has explained about the brotherly love which is God's love in the book of Matthew 25:31-46.
Matthew 25:35-37, 40 for I was hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:Naked and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee? Or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
And in verse 40,
'And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

Brethren, for you to love God as you claim, you have to love and assist the people you can see, help someone today and by that you have help God and yourself. Its good, God will surely be delighted

Prayer Point: Oh Lord give me the spirit of love
