Topic: You Are Not Forgotten
Text: Isaiah 49:14-16
But Zion said, The LORD hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me. 15 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. 16 Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.

MESSAGE
Whenever we are going through difficulties and challenges, or when it seems that there is a delay in the fulfillment of God’s promises in our lives, there is a temptation to think that God has forgotten us. The people of Israel felt God had forgotten them in Babylon, but Isaiah pointed out that God will never forget them, just as a loving mother will not forget her little child.

The Bible teaches that we must learn to wait patiently for the things God has in store for us, even when waiting is difficult. Do not give up hope, God has not forgotten you. Wait for the lord!

Prayer Point: Help me oh Lord not to forsake or forget you because I know you will not forsake or forget me.
