Topic: Image of God.

Text: Gen. 1: 26

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Message

Man is not just an ordinary creature but a unique one, God himself declared it clearly that we are created in his image, this simply means we look like God, we are Christ like.

As a Christian, we need to always look unto God in all our attitudes and doings. God himself want us to imitate all his attributes, he want us to be holy in our doing (I Peter 1:16)

Also, Phil.2:5, " your attitude should be the same that Christ just had", we never can tell when God will call us, we never can tell when the trumpet will blow, we don’t need to continue in our old ways of life.

In conclusion, imagine yourself like Christ, and always look forward to do greater things like He does.
